            Badger mound
                              Badger mound is located in the west of the central part of Hongshan site, on the east side of ganhuldun and the north side of dujiafen. It is named because badger animals often live on the mound.
                        
The existing mound of badger mound is 0.8-2 meters higher than the ground surface. It is a rectangle in the north-south direction, 28 meters long from north to South and 19 meters wide from east to west, covering an area of about 532 square meters.
Through archaeological exploration, the scope of the original mound and the shape and structure of the tomb chamber of badger mound have been basically proved, and a circular trench has been found around the original mound, which is confirmed as the mound Tomb of the spring and autumn and Warring States periods. The original mound is rectangular in east-west direction, 25 meters long from east to west, 19 meters wide from north to south, covering an area of about 475 square meters.
